The acquisition of talent and skills is undoubtedly one of the principal challenges facing any Human Resources function in the current competitive climate. Our role as a pro-active recruiting firm remains a highly valued service but it is the important role we can now play in managing this resource effectively within an organisation that is making Liftstream a Human Resource Partner capable of more than executive search and interim resourcing. Through coaching we can assist with on-board integration of new employees or employees brought in from other regions. We can help employees assess their career goals and align their objectives or improve performance. Our industry knowledge can be central to the planning of workforce utilisation and can provide information critical to the process of projecting project staffing or personnel growth as well as succession planning. Accepting that workforce-reduction is a part of business management, Liftstream can also support this process by providing consultations and acting in an outplacement capacity. |
