Culture and Values

Defining a company’s culture, like that of somewhere you live, is very difficult to express in words or numbers. A culture is the feeling one gets from our interactions, the people, the personalities and values that we hold in common. It is something that you only truly understand when you employ all of your senses and emotions in a particular environment.

However limiting a verbal or written description might be, it is an important step towards deepening your understanding of a prospective employer and so Liftstream has presented the values and behaviours that make Celgene the place it is to work, alongside some of the values that people at Celgene share.

From this we hope that you can begin to recognise what Celgene looks for in its people and those characteristics that might be important or close to you.
