Liftstream was established to create a company that would support people through every stage of their career. In the current business environment, where companies are reacting to a range of pressures by continually refocusing or reorganising, individuals have a significant responsibility to manage their careers if they are to continually progress and develop their potential.

It requires people to take greater control of their career plans and make sure they are managing these as effectively as possible. We want to make sure we’re supporting those plans by continually offering advice, access to information and networking opportunities that will provide opportunity and direction for people.
