Can Liftstream source candidates internationally?

Our clients often develop and sell products globally. Their representation in these markets means that their workforces need to be diverse, skilled and multi-cultural. At the commencement of any assignment, Liftstream will develop a clear plan that incorporates a regional and/or international strategy designed to identify and leverage the expertise and skills international markets can offer.

What other assessment capabilities can Liftstream offer?

We recognise the changing face of Human Resources and the need to introduce more sophisticated and robust assessments through complementing the existing interview process with various tools. The nature of the tools employed, largely depends on the outcomes you're trying to achieve and so we recommend that you speak with your consultant/s so they can advise you on the most effective approach for your desired outcome.

As a candidate do I have to pay any fees to Liftstream?

Liftstream derives its revenues from the commercial agreements that it puts in place with the client and so no fee is payable by the candidate in searching for permanent work.

Interim assignments rely on Liftstream agreeing contractual terms with the Interim Manager and the client and all details of those agreements are detailed in the documentation.

Can Liftstream deal with multi-position assignments?

One of the key elements of successful recruiting is to understand the competitive environment and the likely sources of suitable candidates with the skills and experience you require. If you have conducted extensive research then this is something that can be applied to devise the appropriate strategy across a range of functions and positions. Sharing intelligence across positions can often improve results and Liftstream supports projects on a significant scale.

How long does a typical search take?

Every search has a different and tailored skill profile and because of this it is important to make sure that the strategy we propose is aligned to these needs and would suggest suitable timescales. We will not provide unrealistic timescales simply to appear competitive and base our projections on the objectives of the campaign. If any events threaten to disrupt those timescales significantly, we communicate this promptly to allow you to plan accordingly.

If we award Liftstream a search campaign, how can we measure the performance?

We will set clear performance metrics at the outset of any new project, based on the agreed objectives and strategy. We then provide continuous feedback and contact throughout the campaign to ensure transparency and this is further supported by regular and detailed reporting of data and intelligence.

How does Liftstream gather intelligence and identify prospective candidates?

There are many methods that we adopt in researching prospective candidate pools for permanent and interim assignments. We have an established network that allows us to reference and cross-reference individuals and to research based on company, location, therapy and function along with other criteria. We’re able to use the internet and technology to uncover people aligned to specific search requirements. Our representatives and researchers are also constantly assessing information sources, events, conferences and media to identify profiled people in areas relevant to our business areas.
