This survey, as part of a major research project focused on gender diversity in biotech leadership, applies a balanced, objective and data-driven methodology. The survey builds upon findings from 75+ interviews with leading bioscience industry executives and investors globally – including male and female CEOs, Chairs and prominent Venture Capitalists. Research has been further enriched with analysis of 700+ companies.
We invite responses from both men and women. Whatever your views on gender diversity, your input will underpin an evidence-driven study and support a deeper understanding of successful leadership in biotech. The findings from this research will be made available through a free, and publicly accessible, white paper.
