Liftstream recently completed an assignment in the oncology / haematology therapeutics market which has delivered sustained value for the client. The completion of this assignment has resulted in 32 senior level hires who have added a combined 400+ years experience in their respective functional areas of expertise, plus many more years industry related experience.
These successful candidates were sourced from across the industry, with 25 different companies the source of those hires. In the oncology/ haematology market this demands incredible reach and significant search capabilities to realise these sorts of statistical outcomes.
The industry segment in which those people resided were pharmaceuticals (37%), biopharma (22%), biotech (13%), services (15%), government (6%) and generics (%).
Liftstream is also a pro-diversity recruiter and we strive for gender-balanced shortlists. Overall, we were able to successfully hire 18 female and 14 male candidates with some 9 different nationalities represented. All of the candidates had a university degree and 75% had a higher degree.
